FORMA Gym Refund / Return Policy
At FORMA Gym (“we”, “our”, or “us”), we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with all our services and products. This Refund / Return Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or returns may be granted.
1. Membership Fees
Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or in exceptional cases approved by management (e.g., medical conditions with valid documentation).
2. Personal Training & Class Packages
Unused personal training sessions or class packages may be refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided none of the sessions have been used. A processing fee may apply.
3. Retail Products
Merchandise purchased at our facility (e.g., apparel, supplements, accessories) can be returned within 30 days of purchase, if:
- The item is unused and in original packaging
- The original receipt is provided
Opened supplements or used apparel/accessories are not eligible for return due to health and safety reasons.
4. Digital Products & Services
Digital purchases (such as downloadable programs or online memberships) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
5. Events, Workshops & Special Programs
Cancellations for events or workshops must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. No-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours prior will not be eligible for refunds.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Refund / Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
